Flambeau Kitchen

In addition to my work at Anise Medical, I’ve written a cookbook that blends Caribbean culinary heritage with practical nutrition and wellness guidance. Flambeau Kitchen offers more than 70 recipes that honor traditional Caribbean flavors along with tools and evidence-based advice for building healthy, balanced meals.

My aim is to continue working in the spirit of Flambeau Kitchen by creating a vibrant culinary community resource. To date, I’ve hosted community cooking classes and culinary events in Brooklyn and beyond, offering nutrition education and culturally rooted strategies for lifelong wellness.
