You'll leave with a clear understanding of your options and recommended next steps.
You’ll have the option of continuing treatment in our monthly membership Metabolic Transformation program.
If you decide to enroll in the Anise Medical Metabolic Transformation Program within 30 days, your consultation fee will be credited toward your first month of membership.

How It Works
1. Register
Complete your registration through our secure patient intake system.
2. Complete your intake form and labs
After we confirm your information and payment, laboratory testing will be ordered at Quest diagnostics. Lab work should be completed at least 5 days before your consultation.
3. Meet the physician
During your consultation, we'll review your history and results. You'll receive an assessment of the factors affecting your weight, discuss potential treatment options and answer any questions you have.
Paying for Your Care
Anise Medical is a direct-pay practice and does not bill health insurance.
FSA/HSA: You may be able to use FSA or HSA funds for the visit. Eligibility depends on your plan’s specific rules.
Out-of-network insurance: We can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan offers out-of-network coverage. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan.
